Seems that http://www.xraygaming.com/ work load may of been too high to handle, so XAC is now ONLY to be used during Official ED Games.

XAC will no longer be enforced in ED PCW's regardless of 'extra' match rules.
CS : S (1) Cheats And Scripting
1. XAC is mandatory for ALL official ladder matches. Every player playing in the match MUST use XAC. There is no excuse not to. Multiple offenders who do not use it will be banned from ED. Any cheats such as aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, anti-smoke, anti-flashbang etc are all strictly forbidden. Any individual(s) found using them will be removed from ED and permanently banned. If a clan leader is found to be cheating the clan will be removed from Enemydown.
