From Russka With Love II League rules:
1 - All normal ED rules apply unless otherwise stated in this section.
2 - All games will be played on Clans own servers. You MUST have your own server to apply.
3 - Abuse towards other clans or the admins will not be tolerated. The punishment for abuse will be determined by the admins and can result in players or clans removal from the league and other events.
4 - You must comment each fixture with the password if you are the home team (team on left of fixture)
5 - The map is de_russka which can be found here: http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/download/11080 (also available on direct download from our match servers)
6 - No rescheduling is allowed whatsoever. All games will take place at the above times.
7 - The cup is a league format which means games at 7pm, 8pm, 9pm no-matter the results of previous games.
8 - In the event of a no show a default will be awarded of 8-0 (half rounds).
10 - All matches will be played using the ED MR15 config (1:45 minute rounds and a 8 second freezetime).
11 - Pausing on the server will be enabled. Games should only be paused at the very start of a round and should last no more than 5 minutes for the whole game per team.
12 - Knife fights should be used to choose sides. Pistols should be kept and the bomb should be dropped at Terrorist spawn. If you fire a gun and hit a member of the opposite team then your side loses the knife fight. Smokes and flashes are permitted
13 - Taking advantages of map bugs is not allowed. Using these bugs will result in a minimum 2 rounds being deducted from the clans score for every offence, intentional or otherwise.
14 - Servers MUST have zblock updated and zb_teamcash 1 and zb_doorfix 1.
15 - Games are to full 30 rounds. This means they will last around 45-50minutes. You have another game on the hour so PLEASE be ready on the hour and do NOT take long breaks inbetween games causing delays. Defaults will be handed out to any team no-showing after 10minutes.
16 - There is no overtime, 15-15 games are a draw and each team gains 1 point.
17 – XAC is mandatory
This league runs for 3 weeks and contains a total of 32 clans. Matches take place on Sunday.
