Dear Client,
We've just received word from our primary upstream provider, Synergyworks, that they intend to carry out some work on the 6th of March to both increase capacity and resilience to their network. The proposed window details are as follows:
Date: Thursday 6th March 2008
Time: 21:00 - 23:00 GMT
Duration: ~2mins
Affected: All clients with IPs starting 193.x
Please accept my sincere apologies for both the lack of notice and the inconvenient timing. I will be liaising with our account manager to try and ensure future windows are arranged at more reasonable times and that a fairer amount of notice is given.
